To ensure a secure and efficient experience with our online payment facility, please take note of the following guidelines and limitations:
- Payment Frequency Limit: Please limit your transactions to no more than four per 24-hour period for a single LECO account.
- Device Usage Limit: You may pay for a maximum of 10 LECO accounts within a 24-hour period using a single device.

Proof of Online Bill Payment: To verify your online bill payment, please retain one of the following:
- A printout of the web payment receipt.
- SMS confirmation of the payment.
Important for Customers with Disconnection Notices: If you have received a disconnection notice, please present one of the above proofs to our disconnection staff upon their arrival at your premises. Please note that part payments may not resolve the disconnection notice. For further assistance, contact your respective branch office or our call center.
